Thai Pad Noodles

Thai Pad Noodles
Ingredients:

  1. Noodles or refresh noodles
  2. Basil
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Soya Sauce
  6. Thai Curry Paste
  7. Chop Garlic
  8. Cornflour Water
  9. Coconut milk or Powder
  10. Lemon Grass
  11. Spring Onion
  12. Boneless Chicken
  13. Salad Oil
  14. Chicken Stock
  15. Vegetable (Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum, Fresh Beans)
Method of Cooking:
Take a Chinese wok put some oil and heat it.
Sautee: Chop Garlic, Lemon Grass, Vegetable
Added:
  1. Seasoning Salt, Pepper, Soya Sauce
  2. Refresh Noodles
  3. Chicken Stock, Thai Curry Paste, Fish Sauce, Coconut Powder or Coconut Milk
Garnish With: Spring Onion
