Stir Fry Vegetable

Stir Fry Vegetable
Ingredients:

  1. Vegetable: ( Carrot, Fresh Beans, Cabbage, Capsicum, Onion, etc)
  2. Salt and Pepper
  3. Coconut Milk
  4. Thai Curry Paste ( Red or Green)
  5. Lemon Grass
  6. Cornflour Water
  7. Oil
  8. Garlic, Onion Chop
Method of Cooking:
Take a pan put some oil and heat it.
Sautee: Chop Garlic, Chop Onion, lemon Grass
Added: 
  1. Vegetable Stock, Seasoning Salt and Pepper, touch some Soya Sauce
  2. Thai Curry Paste, Coconut Powder or Milk
  3. Cornflour Water, Fresh Basil or chop
Garnish with: Lemon Grass
