Tom Yom Kai Soup

Tom Yom Kai Soup
Ingredients:

  1. Chicken Brest ( Julienne cut)
  2. Chicken Stock
  3. Spring Onion
  4. Thai Curry Paste
  5. Lemon grass
  6. Coconut Powder
  7. Chop Garlic
  8. Soya Sauce
  9. Cornflour Water
  10. Salt and Pepper
  11. Oil
Method of Cooking:
Take a sauce pan put some oil and heat it.
Sautee: Chop Garlic
Added:
  1. Chicken stock, Seasoning salt and Pepper
  2. Touch some Soya Sauce, Coconut Powder, Tha Curry Paste
  3. Cornflour water, Refresh Chicken
Garnish with: Spring Onion
