Mixed Chinese Vegetable

Mixed Chinese Vegetable
Ingredients:

  1. Chop Garlic
  2. Chop Onion
  3. Chop Celary
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Ajinimoto
  7. Salad Oil
  8. Cornflour and water
  9. Soya Sauce
  10. Vegetable Stock
  11. Vegetable ( Carrot, Fresh Beans, Cauliflower, Capsicum, Pakchoe, Juccuni,etc)
  12. Chilly Paste
  13. Spring Onion
Method of Cooking:
Take a chinese wok put some oil and heat it.
Sautee: Chop Garlic, Chop Onion, Chop Celary
Added:
  1. Boil and blanched vegetable
  2. Seasoning Salt, Pepper. Ajinomoto
  3. Vegetable Stock and touch some Soya Sauce
  4. Cornflour Water
Garnish With: Spring Onion
