Chinese Chopsuey

Chinese Chopsuey
Ingredients:

  1. Boil and refresh Noodles, Dusting cornflour powder then Deep fry
  2. Cornflour Water
  3. Spring Onion
  4. Vegetable ( Carrot, Fresh Beans, Cabbage, Capsicum, etc.)
  5. Salt, Pepper, Ajino moto, Soya sauce
  6. Chilly Paste
  7. Tomato Ketchup
  8. Chop Garlic, Chop Onion, Chop Celary
Method of Cooking:
Take a Chinese wok put some oil and heat it.
Sautee: Chop Garlic, Chop Onion, Chop Celary
Added: Vegetables, Seasoning Salt, Pepper, Ajino Moto
  1. Chicken Stock, Tomato Ketchup, Chilly Paste
  2. Cornflour Water, Spring Onion, Lemon Juice
Take a fried Noodles topping this with Sauce.
Garnish With: Spring Onion and Fried Egg.
