- Cornflour
- Soya Sauce
- Peanuts Paste
- Tomato Ketchup
- Chilly Paste
- Spring Onion
- Cornflour Water
Chrispy Chicken Marination:
- Piece cut of Chicken
- Salt, Pepper, Ajino Moto
- Egg
- Cornflour
- Soya Sauce
Keep a side half an hour and deep fry.
Method of Cooking:
Take a chinese wok put some oil and heat it.
Sautee: Chop Garlic, Chop Onion, Chop Celary
Added:
- Tomato Ketchup, Chilly sauce
- Seasoning Salt, Pepper, Ajinomoto
- Peanuts Paste, Chicken Stock, Touch some Soya sauce
- Cornflour Water then add fried Chicken
Garnish with: Spring Onion
