- Fresh Curd
- Indian Spices
- Cash nut / Melon seed paste
- Green Coriander, Green Chilly Chop
- Oil or Butter
- Sourf Powder or Seed ( Feenal Seed)
- Garam Masala Powder or Whole
- Ginger Garlic Paste
Method of Cooking:
Take a handi put some oil or Butter and heat it.
Sautee: Ginger garlic Paste
Added:
- Indian Spices, Nuts Paste and Onion
- Cook in slow heat and add some water
- Flavour with Sourf and Garam Masala Powder
- Spicy for green chilly and Coriander chop
Cook in medium heat then keep a side.
