Yellow Gravy

Yellow Gravy
Ingredients:

  1. Brown Onion
  2. Fresh Curd
  3. Indian Spices
  4. Cash nut / Melon seed paste
  5. Green Coriander, Green Chilly Chop
  6. Oil or Butter
  7. Sourf Powder or Seed ( Feenal Seed)
  8. Garam Masala Powder or Whole
  9. Ginger Garlic Paste
Method of Cooking:
Take a handi put some oil or Butter and heat it.
Sautee: Ginger garlic Paste
Added: 
  1. Indian Spices, Nuts Paste and Onion
  2. Cook in slow heat and add some water
  3. Flavour with Sourf and Garam Masala Powder
  4. Spicy for green chilly and Coriander chop
Cook in medium heat then keep a side.
