Shredded Lamb with Hoi Sin Sauce
Ingredients:

  1. Boneless lamb Shredded
  2. Salt
  3. Pepper
  4. Ajino moto
  5. Egg
  6. Chop Garlic
  7. Chop Celary
  8. Lamb Stock
  9. Hoi Sin Sauce
  10. Spring Onion
  11. Cornflour Water
Method of Cooking:

Take a Chinese wok put some oil or butter and heat it.
Sautee: Chop Garlic, Chop Celary
Added:
  1. Lamb Stock
  2. Seasoning Salt and Pepper
  3. Ajinomoto to taste
  4. Seasoning Hoi Sin Sauce
  5. Cornflour
Garnish With: Spring Onion
