2. Salt
3. Pepper
4. Ajino moto
5. Egg
6. Chop Garlic
7. Chop Celary
8. Lamb Stock
9. Hoi Sin Sauce
10. Spring Onion
11. Cornflour Water

Method of Cooking:

Take a Chinese wok put some oil or butter and heat it.

Sautee: Chop Garlic, Chop Celary

Added:

1. Lamb Stock
2. Seasoning Salt and Pepper
3. Ajinomoto to taste
4. Seasoning Hoi Sin Sauce
5. Cornflour

Garnish With: Spring Onion
