Vegetable Pakoda
Overviews:
These crispy fritters make a quick and crunchy tea-time snack when you have unexpected visitors or when the kids come back from school.

Ingredients:
  1. Cauliflower
  2. Capsicum
  3. Onion
  4. Potato
  5. Carrot
  6. Cabbage
  7. French beans
  8. Green coriander
  9. Green chilly
  10. Crushed coriander
  11. Ajoin Seed
  12. Salt
  13. Turmeric Powder
  14. Rogani Mirch
  15. Bason Flour
  16. Refine Flour

Preparation:
  1. Julianne vegetable chop
  2. Add all of spices mentioned above 
  3. Keep a side half an hour
  4. Add refine flour and bason flour
  5. add water as needed
Method of Cooking:
Deep fry
