The popular south indian preparation is made healthier with the addition of iron-rich jowar. Serve these uttapams with coconut chutney to relish it the most.

Ingredients:
  1. Refine flour 
  2. Ajoin seed 
  3. Ghee 
  4. Boiled Potatos 
  5. Green Peas 
  6. Nuts 
  7. Raisin 
  8. Garam Masala Powder 
  9. Cumin Powder or seed 
  10. Green Chilly 
  11. Green Coriander 
  12. Red Chilly Powder 
  13. Salt 
Dough:

  1. Refine flour 
  2. Ajoin Seed 
  3. Ghee 
  4. Water 
Method of Cooking:
  1. Take a fry pan put some oil and heat it 
  2. Tadka: Cumin Seed 
  3. Sautee: Green Chilly 
  4. Added: Indian Spices, Boiled Potatos, Raisin, Nuts, Green Peas, Garammasala Powder 
Keep aside and fill in Samosa Dough
Cook: Deep Fry
