| Tandoori Chicken |
Tandoori chicken is a dish popular in South Asia, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia consisting of roasted chicken prepared with yogurt and spices. The name comes from the type of cylindrical clay oven, a tandoor, in which the dish is traditionally prepared.
Ingredients:
- Bone less chicken 25 grams per piece
- Tandoori Masala
- Tandoori Pot or Tandoori Oven
- Indian Spices
- Hang Curd
- Lemon Juice
- Salad Oil and Mustard Oil
First Marination:
- Take a chicken add salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilly past or rogani mirch and lemon juice.
- Keep a side half an hour.
Tandoori Masala:
- Hang curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salad oil, mustard oil, chop green chilly and chop coriander root.
Cook:
- Add tandoori masala in marinated boneless chicken, then seek wear
- cook in tandoori pot or tandoori oven
