Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori Chicken
Overviews:
Tandoori chicken is a dish popular in South Asia, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia consisting of roasted chicken prepared with yogurt and spices. The name comes from the type of cylindrical clay oven, a tandoor, in which the dish is traditionally prepared.

Ingredients:
  • Bone less chicken 25 grams per piece
  • Tandoori Masala
  • Tandoori Pot or Tandoori Oven
  • Indian Spices
  • Hang Curd
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salad Oil and Mustard Oil
First Marination: 
  • Take a chicken add salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilly past or rogani mirch and lemon juice.
  • Keep a side half an hour.
Tandoori Masala:
  • Hang curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salad oil, mustard oil, chop green chilly and chop coriander root.
Cook:
  • Add tandoori masala in marinated boneless chicken, then seek wear
  • cook in tandoori pot or tandoori oven
