World's shortest person Dangi no more

Chandra Bahadur Dangi 

KATHMANDU, Sept 4: The world's shortest person Chandra Bahadur Dangi from Dang, Nepal died while undergoing treatment in the US. He was 76.

He was reported to be suffering from pneumonia.
Dangi was 21.5 inches (54.6 cm) when he was declared as the world's shortest person in February 2012.

Born to Belaram and Pingala Dangi in Dang as their third son, Dangi suffered throughout his life owing to his short height, before he got a world-wide recognition.
