Malai Kofta

Malai Kofta
Ingredients:

  1. Paneer, Boil Potato Grated
  2. Chop Coriander, Green Chilly Chop
  3. Cumin Seed
  4. Oil or Butter
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste
  6. Garam Masala Powder
  7. Water
Method of Cooking:
Take a Sauce pan or handi, put some oil or butter and heat it.
Tadka: Cumin Seed
Sautee: Ginger Garlic Paste
Added:
  1. Cash nut Paste, add some water
  2. Garam Masala Powder
  3. Cook in slow heat
