Sleep right position

Sleeping in right position is very important to get rid of back pain. Softer beds are good for your back. Make sure your pillow isn’t raising your head out of alignment with your spine too! If you sleep on your back, don’t let your pillow press your chin into your chest. If you sleep on your side, your head shouldn’t curve up toward your shoulder.

Yoga has many benefits on your body including back. There are many yoga positions which are specially done for getting rid of back pain. The yoga will naturally help you to get rid of back pain.

Stretch your body parts

One of the easy and quick remedy for back pain is stretching. Just stretch your back, spines, hips for few minutes.
