5 Causes of Hair Fall
There are many reasons for hair loss of men and women. The following 5 causes of hair fall are just the main 5 causes out of those numerous causes out there. When it comes to hair loss, most of us blame genetics and yes, it is one of the major causes but not the only possible cause. There are more than enough people who suffer from hair loss as a side-effect of their diet, medication, tension, work pressure, etc. etc.

Thyroid Disorder
Thyroid produces many hormones that normalize almost every function in our body. These hormones determine metabolism and energy levels in our body. Thus, any imbalance in the production and functioning of these hormones can cause many irregularities in the body. The disproportion of thyroid hormones –TSH, T3, T4, rT3 can cause hair loss. And not only hair loss but hair diseases and improper growth. So, to get the problems solved we have to get the hormones back in balance.
Physical trauma
Physical suffering affects the hair follicles and causes hair loss. Major accidents, surgeries or severe sickness are what we basically call physical traumas. If you become a victim of one, it is quite possible that your hair will fall up to 75%. This also goes normal once you get over your condition and treatment.
Emotional stress
Emotional stress is no less than physical trauma when it comes to hair loss. Doesn’t matter why you are stressed out, the more you are under emotional tension, the more hair you are going to lose. Post-partum
If you are pregnant or you’ve just given birth to a child and you’re suffering from hair loss, you need not worry about it. This is normal that from the stage of pregnancy to approximately 3 months of the child birth, woman can undergo hair loss. After this stage is over, everything goes normal.

As mentioned earlier, medication is one of the main causes behind hair loss. Medicines like birth control, SSRI, blood thinners, beta-blockers and NSAIDs are few of the many that remove your hair from your head. Chemotherapy is another medical process that is closely related with hair fall. How to stop hair fall? Wait until your treatment or medication finishes, it will be normal.
