Gosainkunda

It is a noted religious lake, famous for the Hindu pilgrimage. It is situated at an altitude about 4360mtr. The best approach to Gosainkunda is through Dhunche, 132 km northeast of Kathmandu. Sorrounded by high Mountains on the north and the south and by higher land scape, On the east & west of this Kunda. there are other nine famous lakes as Saraswati Kunda, Bhairav Kunda, Soorya Kunda, Ganesh Kunda etc.....
