Sep 15, 2015- CPN-UML Secretary Pradeep Gyawali and leader Yubaraj Banskota on Tuesday left for Indian Capital New Delhi as special envoys of party Chairman KP Sharma Oli. The leaders are supposed to meet the Indian establishment and inform them about the ongoing constitution drafting process that has reached the final stage.
“They have left for Delhi to gain the goodwill of Indian people and their political leadership,” said UML deputy spokesperson. The leaders met Chairman Oli before heading to Delhi.
The party said its General Secretary Ishwor Pokharel was sent to China for similar purpose. Pokharel and central leader Bishnu Rimal have already returned to Nepal after completing their China visit.
