Director General of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal Mr. Ratish Chandra Lal Suman addressing the press conference on March 7, 2015 briefing the media about the operation of Tribhuvan International Airport. The Airport has been closed since March 4 due the blockade of runway created by Turkish Airlines's aircraft that skidded off the runway due to technical mishap.He informed the media that airport is likely to come into normal operation in the evening. The Department of Immigration will provide the gratis visa to those international passengers at the airport itself who are being stranded in Nepal due to suspension of normal operation.
