- Get away from the place where people are gathered to have foods. If getting away is not possible then take one bit and continue slowly with it only. Do not go for second one.

- Have protein at the beginning of the day. Consuming protein will make your stomach full and stop you from eating more.
- Slash the calories from your list. The more the high calories food you consume, the more there is a chance of eating more.
- Have potatoes. Potatoes are rich in carbohydrate. This will help you to control your curving.
