Have a plant based diet

The mix of green vegetables, fruits, whole grains and beans improves your health as well as helps to keep you younger. Go for spinach, corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, strawberries, blueberry and grapes. 75 percentage of your food should be plant based, in order to be fit.
Moisturize your skin
The moisturizing process of your skin will help you to look fresh and younger. Make sure to use a moisturizer that contains SPF. The moisturizer provides water to your skin.

Drink water

Learn to love drinking water; it is so good for your skin and your overall health. You’ll definitely look and feel a lot younger when you start drinking water. You’ll lose weight too!

Include vitamin c in your diet

Supposedly 75 mg. of vitamin C each day keeps the wrinkles away. That is the amount of vitamin C found in a grapefruit or two medium sized oranges.

Reduce stress

More stress means more fine lines and more wrinkles. So stay far away from stress.

Get plenty of sleep

A good sleep will nourish your skin as well as life. It keeps you away from dark circles as well as stress. When we sleep, our cells are renewed and our skin actually heals itself. Sleeping is such a healthy activity, and we should all get plenty of it.
