Tips Aftercare for Waxing |
NEPAL TRAVEL BOOK: Waxing is one of the best ideas for the smooth and soft appearance of the skin. There are many
tips aftercare for waxing. Here are some of them:
- No hot baths or showers (cool to lukewarm water only).
- No saunas, hot tubs or steam conduct.
- No tanning (sunbathing, sunbeds or fake tans).
- No sport, gym work or other exercise.
- Wear clean, loose fitting clothes to stay away from friction on the area.
- Stay away from swimming in chlorinated pools.
- Do not apply deodorants, body sprays, powders, lotions or additional products to the area, other than those suggested by your therapist.
- Exercise for at least 48 hours after your waxing treatment.
- No sun/sunbed exposure over the waxed area for at least 48 hours; it will burn severely.
- Do not touch the area with fingers for at least 48 hours afterwards to avoid cross infection.
- No insensitive soaps or acid based products to be applied as these will annoy freshly waxed skin
