The Ambassador of Qatar, His Excellency Ahmed Jasim Mohammad Al Hamar visited Maiti Nepal today.

The Ambassador of Qatar, His Excellency Ahmed Jasim Mohammad Al Hamar visited Maiti Nepal today. He was informed about the current priorities of Maiti Nepal along with its long term vision and working modality. His Excellency was very concerned regarding the issue of trafficking that burgeons in the Nepalese Society as well as showed his earnest interest in the condition of Nepalese female migrant workers in Qatar. He took the matters concerned with Nepalese Females migrantsvery seriously and committed to provide supporting hands to improving their conditions.
Young children of Maiti Nepal showcased their talents in the honor of the ambassador of Qatar. He handed over stationery items to Teresa Academy; a school run by Maiti Nepal which is providing education to more than 400 underprivileged children from nursery to class 10.
