| Poori / Bhaji ( North Indian Food) |
Puri bhaji is an integral part of the north Indian cuisine. Poori bhaji is much liked item in every festive food. Puri is made from wheat flour balls and bhaji is prepared from boiled potatoes and masala.
Ingredients:
- Boil Potato (Dice cut)
- Indian Spices ( Ginger Garlic Paste, Garam Masala,Powder or Whole, Chilly Powder or Whole, Cumin Seed, Green Coriander, Salad oil or Butter, Red Gravy or Tomato Puree or Fresh Gravy, Raw Tomato, Onion
Method of Cooking:
Take a fry pan, put some salad oil or butter and heat it.
Tadka: Cumin Seed
Sautee: Chop Onion, Green Chilly, Whole Garam Masala
Added:
- Indian Spices, Ginger Garlic Paste, Chop Tomato
- Boil Potato, Gravy, Garam Masala Powder
- Chop Green Coriander
Garnish With: Coriander Chop or Leaf
