NEPAL TRAVEL BOOK, KATHMANDU, FEB 09 2015:: Here are some ways which will help you to know how to handle bully. Bullying is one of the big problems that physically as well as mentally affect kids.
  1. Do not give chance to the bully by running away from them. You can avoid them though.
  2. Sometimes just acting brave is sufficient to stop a bully.
  3. Two is enhanced than one if you’re trying to stay away from being bullied. Construct a plan to walk with a friend or two on the way to school or recess
  4. If you can, try your finest to pay no attention to the bully’s threats. Pretend you don’t hear them and walk away quickly to a place of protection.
  5. Don’t hit, kick, or push back to deal with somebody bullying you or your friends. Fighting back just pleases a bully and it’s dangerous, too
  6. If you are being bullied, it’s very significant to tell an adult. Find someone you trust and go and tell them what you are experiencing. Teachers, principals, parents, and lunchroom helpers at school can all help to stop bullying.
  7. Do not show the bullies that you feel hurt if they do something that makes you uncomfortable; just walk off. Bullies gain satisfaction from making others feel hurt or painful, so giving them a reaction may only encourage them additional.
  8. Do not make jokes at your own cost to try to show that there is nothing they can do to harm your feelings. This will only please them, and they will frequently chip in with their own mockery and disgrace to lower your self-esteem.
  9. Bullies are people who try to make themselves look good. All they want is concentration take that away from them and they have nothing. But you can look better by serving others. Try asking the bully why they pick on people.
