How to avoid Nausea |
Drink water:
Dehydration on the body can also cause nausea. Good amount of the water in the body can prevent nausea or vomiting. Drink at least two liters of water a day.
Lemon juice:
To cure how to avoid nausea you can take a sip of lemon juice. Lemon juice can help you avoid nausea. You can add honey in it.
Clove:
This makes a pleasant nausea-fighting tea. Prepare a cup using 1 teaspoon clove powder in a teacup full of boiling water. Strain out any clove that might be remaining, and sip as needed.
Ginger
Ginger is the best stomach misery cure. Taken in any form, it will ease nausea. Try ginger tea, gingerbread, or gingersnaps. If you’re roaming, get along ginger sticks or crystallized ginger as an alternative of travel sickness pills or patches. Studies show ginger to be more effectual than the medicine you purchase at the pharmacy. Omit the ginger ales, though, except they have real ginger content. Much of today’s ginger ale is not present its curative ginger.
Mint:
Mint tea eases nausea. Simply steep about 1 tablespoon dry leaves in 1 pint hot water for 30 minutes; strain and drink. Don’t toss out those mint leaves when you drink the tea. As a substitute, eat them. Eating boiled mint leaves can heal nausea, too.
Aniseed:
This helps treat nausea and vomiting. Make aniseed into a tea by putting 1/4 teaspoon in 1/2 cup boiling water. Steep for five minutes. Strain and drink once a day. Or shake over some aniseed on mild vegetables such as carrots or pumpkin. If your stomach will bear fruits during or just after a bout of nausea or vomiting, attempt aniseed on baked apples or pears.
