- Arhar Dal - Boil
- Vegetable ( Carrot, Onion, Fresh Beans, Brinjal, etc)
- Hing, Emly, Curry Patta, Dry Red Chilly
- Salt, Sambar Masala
- Tomato or Tomato Puree
Method of Cooking:
Take a handi put some oil or Butter and heat it.
Tadka: Dry Red Chilly, Curry Leaf, Hing, Mustard Seed
Sautee: Onion, Green Chilly, Vegetable
Added: Chop Tomato or Tomato Puree, Sambar Masala
Garnish With: Curry leaf, dry Red Chilly
